Royals? Us? No, but it felt like that when Dave's aunt and uncle, and their family, showed us around Lima for three days.
We visited the apartment where Dave's mom grew up.
And the neighborhood of Dave's mom and her siblings, in Chinatown within Lima, Peru.
The streets were filled with kids and parents back-to-school-shopping. Our group looked at the toys.
Peruvians have a sweet tooth. If you have had a Chicha, you know what I mean. Here is us at a dessert shop, after we had gorged on delicious Chinese food.
I am sure you wouldn't agree, but my dad sort of think this kid looks like Dave...
The beach was fine.
And the crabs were abundant. Here the diver dove the natural way, using rocks as weights.
It worked! He got a catch.

I will say that some of the thunder was stolen when we saw the actor arrive in his modern clothing, but it was fun nonetheless.
