Trip's End

Montezuma's Gift

View 40 K Miles, 6 Months on Equatorials's travel map.

Not much to report on the trip's end. When you don't do anything, you can't say much about it.

In Montezuma, Costa Ricka, we spent a week in a rustic cabin. (This means ants everywhere, spiderwebs in the dishes, and too many mosquito bites when you slept.)

But we loved the ubiquitous iguanas, that we went to sleep to the waves crashing (except when we tried to call Covered California to talk about health insurance, as the waves were too loud for Skype), and the occasional howler monkey.

And we absolutely loved that we were celebrating our trip around the world, over 40,000 miles, and nearly 6 months long.

Lovely, but was hoping for some iguana photos... :) Or at least more photos of Costa Rica.

We'll have bug Dave for some iguana pictures. But, overall, I just posted tons of Costa Rica pictures. We have to make our fans happy! Thank you for the requests.

That hammock looks amazing! Hopefully was worth the bugs. Glad you're home now and it's been fun following your blog along your adventures!
